Can I apply for MS in USA?
My profile: I have 5-years of work experience, passed BE with 54%, M.Tech with 69%, got 7 band score in IELTS and will be soon writing GRE. Do I have time to apply for Jan. intake?

You have limited time and also not many universities offer a Jan intake. I would rather suggest you prepare well for your GRE besides building your profile and apply in the Fall intake.
