Can I apply for NET for physics? I had completed M.Sc physics and what is the syllabus for the same?

    Yes, you are eligible to apply for UGC NET for Physics (Physical Sciences). Mentioned below is the syllabus of Physical Sciences:
    PHYSICAL SCIENCES PART 'A' CORE:
    Mathematical Methods of Physics
    Classical Mechanics
    Electromagnetic Theory
    Quantum Mechanics
    Thermodynamic and Statistical Physics
    Electronics and Experimental Methods.
