Can I apply for NET or PhD after completing MCA from Mahatma Gandhi University, Meghalaya?

I have completed BCA as a regular student from Rajasthan University, JAIPUR.

    Hello Mittu,
    If the university is UGC recognized you can definitely apply for NET and PhD.
