Can i apply for new govt. job without informing my previous govt. employer under new nps scheme. is it ok or i will get track through pran

Sir/mam, i am working in govt bank under new nps. now i am interested in doing govt. teacher job. if i don't tell my new employer about my previous job. will he able to track the details of previous employer through my pran card that i got for nps. please give me correct advice on this.
