Can I apply for PG courses in Australia if my overall score is 5.5 bands and one of them has 4.5 bands?

Dear Rakesh,
The minimum score required for PG courses is 6.5 overall with no band less than 6, few universities may admit with overall 6 with no band less than 5.5, but these are very rare, suggest you take some good coaching and retake your IELTS.
