Can I apply now for PGCET exam at Karnataka? If yes, what is the last date?

It is not possible now. The exam application starts in the month of July and counselling happens in September. Now, it won't be possible for you. It won't be possible to write PGCET-Karnataka now, it generally conducted in the month of September.
Application Form Availability Date is generally in 1st week of July
Last Date for Form Filling is until last week of July
Admit Card Releasing Date is in the month of August
