Can I apply for PGDM as my graduation is yet to be completed? 1 semester of B.Com is yet to be completed from MD University, Rohtak?

My scores: 10th - 6.2 CGPA, 12- 72% and B. Com - 60% + certificate of NSS.

If you targeting to do PGDM from IIMs ,yes definitely. Final year student are also eligible for CAT . Good luck!!
