4 years agoHello Ritobeena Roy, many PSU's recruit young engineers in large numbers every year. Earlier there used to be allegations of nepotism and fraud in the process of conducting written exams. To avoid all this and to have a level playing field, these days PSU's use GATE examination results instead of conducting their own examination. Due to this which paper you have selected for giving GATE is actually not important. What is important is the ranking of the marks that you obtained in this examination and of course you are basic engineering graduation which is being sought by the concerned PSU. Best wishes to you.
