The same SAT exam date cannot be applied for more than once. Only one registration is allowed per exam day, and students are only allowed to register for one test on a particular date. Selecting a new test date is necessary if you want to retake the SAT. The SAT is administered by the College Board,

No, applicants are permitted to make only one account and thus, only one SAT exam date can be chosen. There is no sense in creating two accounts for the same SAT exam date on College Board.
