Can I apply for self financing colleges in Tamil Nadu PG counselling even if I don't have domicile and degree from Tamil Nadu?

    You cannot apply for government quota seats in the self-financing colleges in Tamil Nadu unless you have a Tamil Nadu domicile. However, you can apply for management quota seats in the self-financing/private colleges. In the deemed universities of Tamil Nadu, there is no segregation as such (government seats vs management quota seats) and so you can apply for any seat there.
