Can I apply for student visa foreign countries ?

I have more than 30 backlogs.and I am in last year of b.e and I have cleared all my backlogs will I be able to go to foreign for further studies.

Hi Jayant, It will depend on the country and university you are applying to, also it will depend on how much you scored finally and your overall profile. Other exams like IELTS or TOEFL scores will matter, the SOP and LO, extracurricular activities, etc must be strong.
