Can I apply for student visa in Canada? I have 9 backlogs and I have heard that Canada will approve maximum of 8 backlogs.

Hi Arun Joy,
You can apply for the student visa after you have been admitted by a college or university. 8 backlogs are requirements for PG level programs in SPP colleges. Please mention your details for proper guidance. Can't guide on the basis of backlog information only.
