Can I apply for student visa of Germany if I have more than 20 backlogs in B.E?

I have professional work experience of 5 years in the same field for which I want student visa.

Unfortunately No. Universities in Germany are very competitive and only the best of the lot get through. Experience does matter but your acads too play a dominant role for selection at technical courses in universities. In case you still want to try, I suggest look out for MBA programs there. They a
