Can I apply for the student visa again after refusal? What is the right time to apply?
I have applied for a student visa in Stei college, Singapore . I have passed my +2 in non-med in 2013.

Please check the stamp on Your passport for refusal and see what were the reason through their website. Ideally, you should wait for six months before re-applying. Once you know the reasons for refusal, prepare well and apply again.
