Can I apply for the student visa of Canada again?
It has been rejected by the Canadian Embassy twice as I have scored low marks in academics. I scored 6 bands in IELTS with no band less than 5.5. I completed my class 12th with 59.8% (maths-50, physics-51 and chemistry-52).

Yes, you can. As long as you have fulfilled the conditions that caused the earlier refusal.
