Can I apply for the student visa of Canada?

I completed my class 12th in 2013. I scored 72 percent marks in class 12th. I have 3 years of work experience. I scored 6 band in IELTS.

Yes, you can apply for student visa in Canada, but you need to score 6 band in IELTS. You also need to complete your graduation.
