Can I apply for the student visa of Canada?
I scored 50 percent marks in class 12th. I opted for science stream in class 12th.

Hi Hiren,
Below 50% marks are not accepted abroad. Few countries like East Europe may accept, but not in Canada. Even your IELTS score is low. You need to improve your academic skills, and then plan to apply abroad.
