Can I apply for the student visa of Canada?

My student visa application for the USA has been rejected twice. I have scored 6 band in IELTS. My individual scores are R-6, L-6.5, W-5, S-5.5. I completed HSC in commerce with 65% (2016).

Hi, Nowadays visa policies are very strict due to new Amendment by Mr. Trump. Check In which point your visa has been rejected if that cannot be changed then plan for the same after graduation meanwhile improve your education grades.
