Can I apply for the student visa of Canada?

My student visa application for the USA has been rejected twice. I have scored 6 band in IELTS. My individual scores are R-6, L-6.5, W-5, S-5.5. I completed HSC in commerce with 65% (2016).

Hi Varun, You need to mention why you visa was rejected and accordingly you need to prepare. Perhaps you have shown plans of immigration which may have caused in rejection.
