Can I apply for the WBPSC exam from other state? I have the ability to read, write and speak Nepali.

Yes, you can apply from other state but you have to complete your education from a recognised university outside the state to become eligible to apply for the WBPSC exam. I am not sure with you question if you are only able to read or write in Nepali. Then you must learn english or bengali because according to the information the question paper will be in Bengali or English language. I can expect you know English so start your preparation today and the conclusion is you are eligible for the exam.
