Can I apply for those low ranked colleges for aerospace engineering where the cut-off is low?

I have got a rank about 1-Lac in KCET but want to pursue aerospace engineering.

    Hello Kavya,
    These days getting admitted in an engineering college is no big deal. In many states seats are vacant and hence admissions are granted after the process of counselling, directly.
