I have done B.Tch in 2014. I have 3+ years of experience in civil engineering, but I'm now interested in the IT field.

Yes, of course, you can go for IT career, because now days there are too much scope in IT field.
just start from digital marketing, because in this field too much scope right now because you can see many companies are advertising through Facebook and other marketing platform.
