Yes, a master's from IGNOU is also eligible for the NET exam provided they have 55% in their aggregate as this is a central government-approved university.

Yes, you are eligible for appearing in UGC NET exam. IGNOU is the UGC approved university. But make sure you should have minimum 55% aggregate marks (for General category) or 50% aggregate marks (for OBC/SC/ST/PwD category).
UGC NET exam is held in approx 99 subjects. You can take UGC NET only in your Masters' subject. -

IGNOU is also recognized as a Central University by the University Grants Commission of India (UGC). The Association of Indian Universities (AIU) recognizes IGNOU conferred degrees as on par with the degrees conferred by its members and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) recognizes the Master of Computer Applications and Master of Business Administration program of IGNOU.
