Can I apply for US visa after completing MS from France?
I am planning to do MS from France

Yes, you can, but after completion your MS, first you come back to India, then you are eligible for US working visa. But, it is not an easy process and rejection chances are high, so after your MS, try for some jobs in France.

I already said that, you are not eligible after MS. You need to gain some experience in France than apply for VISA for US, but after just completing education, you are not eligible to apply VISA directly from the same country.
