Can I apply in canada for digree study with this CBHE certificate?
CBHE plus two completed in bio Science.

There are few colleges that will approve this certificate, but I should tell it is not. If I want to get a student visa to Canada for a Masters's degree, I have to apply for a visa. I got my Australia study visa rejected, then Canada study visa rejected.
