Can I apply in Canada? I did my 12th in 2012 and after that I did a beautician course.
I have all the certificates with experience.

The degrees and certificates issued by Indian universities / institutes are not valid for applying for jobs abroad. You need to pursue a relevant course in cosmetology to get a job in Canada. The courses available in Canada are for 6 months, 9 months and for 12 months till 2 years.
