Hello, Unfortunately, it is not possible since your SNAP score is too less to apply to any college. I suggest you reappear for SNAP or focus on the other upcoming exams like CMAT CET and MAT. Good luck.

Nope, not possible. Try scoring well in other entrance tests. You can have a good preparation and can try next time. That would be better.
