Yes, Candidates are first required to download the application form from the official website and then take a printout for offline submission. Aspirants need to pay the application fee in the form of a DD made in favour of "Swami Vivekanand Subharti". Eligible candidates can also apply online and then submit the application fee in the form of a Demand Draft.
