Can I apply to any country with 5 band score in listening, writing and speaking and 5.5 in reading?

I passed +2 in 2012 with 70% and have work experience.

No dear. You can not apply for any country because minimum for students visa you have to get score of 6.5, I suggest you reappear for IELTS and get at least 6.5 overall and your score should not be below 5.5 in any of these listening, speaking, reading and writing.
