Yes, ankur you should have applied for the course long back but now also you can try because admissions are almost over. Just call to admission council of BIMTECH and speak to them you will find everything on BIMTECH site. If you need any other information on the same just reply to this .

Yes,the cutoff percentile for CAT is around 75 percentile, you can apply for admission. If you perform well in GD/PI you might get admission call from BIMTECH.
