Can I apply to Graduate colleges in U.S. with active backlogs? I will be get the result of the exam by may'15. I want to apply for Fall'15.

I have two passive backlogs that I got in my first year of UG. No backlogs again, until the 6th semester. I will be giving the exams again in Nov/Dec 2014 and will get the result around Feb 2015. I want to apply for Masters in Computer Engineering for the Fall 2015 semester. What should I do?
