Can I apply to MHCET colleges if I have appeared for CAT as well? My CAT percentile is 22.85.

Yes, of course, I would suggest some. CAT is a very famous exam and a lot of colleges accept it's score. It is considered as one of the toughest exams. So, it has got a good national reputation in our country. A lot of campuses accept this score. With 22 percentile in CAT, you can apply for Tier 2 and 3 campuses. But Tier 3 campus have very less placement opportunities.
