Can I apply to the universities in Canada? I did B.Pharma in 2012-2016 with 12 backlogs but cleared them with 60%.

Hi Saurav,
I won't recommend Canada-based colleges with the academic profile you have. Admission chances and visa chances are also very less. Check universities in New Zealand, Australia and also in Europe.
