    No, I don't think you will get HRM with this marks try for other branch you may get that.

    No chance this year. Your only option is to write any of the remaining exams this year or attempt CAT again next year.

    With 43%, you may not be allowed. Better you give once again. Best is MAT as it is easier then CAT. So, give MAT exam then apply for HRM.
