Can I apply to this college for LLB? I have completed my BA from this DU with 42% marks and also have the OBC certificate.

Dear,
As per Bar Council of India, the minimum percentage is 45% for SC/ST and OBC category students in graduation if they want to pursue LLB programme.
So accordingly, you are not eligible.
You need to upgrade your grades in Master's degree, you can apply for LLB programme.
