Can I apply to this college for MMS course directly or do I need to go through DTE process? I have scored 69.39 percentile in Feb. CMAT?

Actually, going through the DTE procedure is better. The reason being that you need not apply for several colleges at once.

CMAT AND CET are two different exams. There is no connection between the two. Although, you can apply with your CMAT score through All India seats. You'll have to fill up CET form and apply through All India seats.
