Yes, if you are abroad or if your parents are working abroad, you can get in through NRI quota. The fee is 7000$ for CS , EC and EEE. 6500$ for Mech, civil and Telecommunications. It reduces for the other branches. Although I advice you to contact them directly about the tuition and hostel fee.
