Hello Prashant,
In NIT Rourkela, there is no BBA course.

No, I completed my BBA in 70% marks, can I apply for MBA program in business analytics?

You cannot apply because to pursue MBA in NIT, you need to have B.Tech background. You can try for MA in development studies.
