No, applicants cannot apply to University College Dublin without IELTS. One of the admission requirements to study at University College Dublin is meeting the English language requirements. International students can submit IELTS / TOEFL / PTE scores as proof of English language proficiency. Also, note that Conestoga College will accept Duolingo test score as a proof of English proficiency for the Fall 2024 intake.

To be admitted to the University College Dublin, students are required to demonstrate a high level of competence in the English language. So, for the same purpose, the applicants can submit IELTS score. Given below are the minimum test scores required in the English language proficiency tests. However, note that some programs may have higher requirements:
