Can I apply to Visva Bharati University for Diploma in Fine Arts? What is its fee? Also, can I apply for BFA degree after it?
I've scored 62.29% marks in class 10th (2012) and I left my studies after 12th. But I gave my drawing exams every and recently gave my 7th year exam (January 2017) from the board of Sarbabharatiya Sangeet O Sanskriti Parishad.

To apply for Diploma in fine arts you need to have passed class10th or equivalent to the secondary examination. For fee details, refer to the link http://visvabharati.ac.in/.
