Can I apply with both the marks and what are my chances to get selected? I got 93.8 percentile in MAT and 76 percentile in CMAT.

Yes, you can try applying through both the percentile. There seems a fair chance through MAT percentile, you may get a call based on CMAT percentile. I will suggest you to apply with both the marks, i.e. you can mention the marks of both the exam while filling your application form.
