    The National Law Aptitude Test NLAT is conducted by the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore for admission to its 5-year integrated law programme. If a candidate has already attempted the NLAT once and did not select the "retake" option while filling out the form, then they cannot attempt the exam again for the same academic year. The NLAT information brochure clearly states that candidates who wish to retake the exam must indicate their choice for "retake" at the time of filling the application form.
