    Yes, One can vitao for the TS EAMCET Phase 2 counselling if they were not able to participate in Phase 1. All those who never afforded to register to participate in the first phase can do so in the second phase. In such cases, the counselling processing fee has to be paid during the second phase along with the certificate verification procedure. 

    Before going on to the second phase, it might be useful to point out that the web options chosen in the first round are not applicable. That is why you have to flex your web options once more during Phase 2.

    Yes, you can directly go for the 2nd counselling for TS EAMCET i.e if there is any seat allocated to you in the 2nd counselling. You see if you go for the seat offered in the 2nd round then the seat which was given to you in the 1st round gets canceled.
