Can I attend round 2 counseling of PESSAT 2021 without attending in round 1 of it and not paying counseling fee and tiution fee?

It is not possible to directly participate in round 2 of PESSAT counselling without appearing in round 1. If you are not alloted any seat in first round or desire an upgrade, you will be allowed to participate in second round. Moreover the amount of rupees 3.4lacs is to be paid only when you accept your offer letter and confirm it.
