You can take part in COMEDK 1st round counseling and do not select as a seat but later on, you have to surrender the seat and upgrade for further rounds. Hope you got your answer. Thanks & Regards, Rajdeep Sinha. -

Once allotted seat in round 1 based on your choice, a student can surrender the seat during surrender window to be declared later.
