Can I attend the mock up round of NEET in other states for a govt. MBBS seat even if I don't have the domicile of that state?
My all India rank is 14090 and have got 522 marks. I have Bihar domicile.

You can surely attend mock-up round for NEET, subject to the domicile requirement of the state. And be it any state, you still have a 15% quota in every state through NEET.
