Can I be 100% assured that I will be getting placement, if I join LPU ?

Well there is no university that can guarantee you placement. It is the efforts that are 100 percentage. The companies visit for recruitment have their certain norms like percentages, communication skills, knowledge etc. based on which the recruitment take place. Not realizing that there is much more to it both from side of student as well as the program curators. Remember one thing: Any employer will take you only if he is sure that you will solve some of his workload related problems. Moreover the skills and attitude required to complete the tasks required. In this fast changing environment, the needs of employers also change fast and so do the skill-sets required. The curators of any education program must take this into consideration. A few factors from side of Curators are: Curriculum development as per industry feedback and consultations. Teaching pedagogy, the more practical it is better for the students. Technology trainings, the curators must keep the relevant cutting edge technologies like, Github etc as a part of curriculum. Live projects: The practical exposure is need of the hour. The internships, consultancies etc must be part of the programs. Entrepreneurship and community projects: many students aspire to become businessmen and even if not, they must be exposed to entrepreneurship projects so as to learn taking the ownership of project/process etc. Similarly community projects develop the humane side and organizing skills of the person. Equipment/machinery/software and other infrastructure must be available to students for practicing the real time situations Soft skills and personality, these days the soft skills play an important part in professional life, program curators must ensure that students are exposed to these fr a good duration in right environment. Hello! In simple words, I would say if you follow all the instructions as given by your faculties, then yes you can be assured you will be placed. LPU provides you numerous platforms to showcase your talent and also gives you number of opportunities.It is up to you how to grab it. I remember during my batch almost all the students got placed, there were hardly few left and those were determined for either higher education or some business plans. LPU saw participation from over 800 companies in the recent 2020 placements and saw a great jump in the highest package that reached 42 LPA. The highest stipend also touched Rs 80,000 for the final placements 2020. Recently one of my friend also completed his MBA from LPU. So I will share few stats of recently placements at LPU for your further clarification. LPU saw participation from over 650 companies in recent 2020 placements and saw a great jump in the highest package that reached 42 LPA. The highest stipend also touched Rs 80,000 for the final placements 2020. With a track record of 100% placements for most of its courses, the final placement session of LPU witnessed high salary packages offered by top-notch companies for 2018. As per the university officials, students of LPU received the highest number of appointment letters in the region. One thing I want to clear first. LPU provides a space where students can showcase their talents and skills in front of top recruiters and MNC's. At the end of the day, it's the responsibility of the student to use that opportunity and get placed. LPU average package is 3.6 LPA

LPU provides huge number of opportunities to get placed in big companies and am 100% sure in that but what matters is you have to calculate how you have to go for it .It means you have to define your calibre to catch those opportunities Note: lPU take all necessary actions to get placed in companies
