UGC NET Educational Qualification Requirement
Candidates securing at least 55% marks in their Masters Degree or equivalent from recognised universities in Humanities (including languages), Social Science, Computer Science and Applications, Electronic Science etc. Are eligible for this test.

According to the National Testing Agency norms, candidates who have qualified post graduation from UGC approved universities are only eligible to apply for the exam. But IIEBM is not UGC approved, so you can't appear for the UGC NET exam.

Yes, you are eligible to give and appear for the UGC NET exam. Whether you have done the online course or in person does not matter until the interview.
