*As per your search on shiksha in particular programme, I am able to see that your concern to take admission in B.Sc in Airlines, Tourism and Hospitality(Lateral Entry) after your 12th. LPU does offer this course under the umbrella of Hotel Management and Tourism.
*FYI, Lateral entry means the admission will be directly in the 2 year of the course program you have chosen. You do not have to take admission in 1 year you will be directed to 2 year of any undergraduate program. For admission in lateral entry, some criteria must be fulfilled by the candidate.

Qualifying 10+2 with minimum 50% aggregate marks (with English) if you have in 12th board then you are eligible for admission in LPU for the B.Sc. in Airlines, Tourism and Hospitality programme,
But for admission in B.Sc. in Airlines, Tourism and Hospitality(Lateral entry) programme , you need to qualify the eligibility criteria is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in Diploma (Airlines or Tourism and Hospitality) [(3 yrs. after 10th ) or (2 yrs./ 1 yr. after 10+2)] or equivalent.
For admission in B.Sc. in Airlines, Tourism and Hospitality (Lateral Entry) programme, the application form are open. Last date to apply is 30th April, 2020. -
Anagha, on basis of class 12th you are not eligible for B.Sc (Airlines, Tourism and Hospitality) (Lateral Entry), but yes you are eligible for B.Sc (Airlines, Tourism and Hospitality) (Regular Program).
The eligibility criteria for B.Sc (Airlines, Tourism and Hospitality) (Lateral Entry) is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in Diploma (Airlines, Tourism and Hospitality) [(3 years after 10th) OR (2 years/ 1 year after 10+2)] or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST-2017.

Yes you can apply for admission after 12th in lpu in all the graduation programs like btech or hons programs and management and many other you have to choose the program first and then you can apply for admission. There are few programs in which you have to clear entrance and in few you can directly apply for admission.
So kindly select the program first and then apply for admission.

* As per the official website of Lovely Professional University the eligibility for the B.Sc in Airlines, Tourism and Hospitality (Lateral Entry) programme is 50% in Diploma (Airlines or Tourism & Hospitality) i.e. 3 Year after 10th or 2 year /1 year after 10+2. Hence, you are not eligible for the respective program.
* However, you can always apply for the same program in regular mode i.e. B.Sc (Airlines, Tourism and Hospitality) for which eligibility criteria is 10+2 with 50% marks.

Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam):
Pass with 50% aggregate marks in Diploma (Airlines or Tourism and Hospitality) (3 years) after class 10th, or (2 years after 10+2) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST.
(5% relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defense Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmiri Migrants).
(10% relaxation to outstanding Sports Persons (i.e. A/A+ category as per Sports Scholarship), Subject to verification from Selection committee* of the University)
Note:-In case the applicant falls in both categories, then only one relaxation in eligibility will be given.
