    you can be after getting yourselves registered in that particular country medical council. for this you need IELTS 7 band in all and also have to write a competency exam

    Yes you can. You must be registered under the dental or medical council of the particular country. You may also have to take registration exams. Procedures are different for different countries. So it is better you decide where to study and look for the required information.
